Q1: What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
A: We want you to shop with complete peace of mind. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if it appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team at [support@velvetyou.com] within 7 days. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and, in most cases, we will offer a one-time free replacement or a full refund.
Q2: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we do! We want our intimates to be accessible to everyone. We ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via Standard Shipping. Please note that Express Shipping is currently unavailable for these address types as they require USPS processing.
Q3: Will the packaging show what's inside?
A: Your privacy is our priority. All VelvetYou orders are shipped in plain, discreet mailers or boxes with no mention of "lingerie" or "underwear" on the outside. The sender name will appear as "VelvetYou" to ensure a secure and private delivery experience to your doorstep.
Q4: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? A: We process orders quickly to get them to you ASAP! You can request an address change within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we’ve likely already started the fulfillment process. Please double-check your details at checkout!
