Policy at a Glance

• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
• Try-On Friendly: We understand you need to try it on for fit! However, returned items must be in their original condition: unwashed, scent-free (no perfume or deodorant marks), and with all original tags attached.

• Hygiene Standards: For health and safety, please ensure the item is clean and handled with care during try-on. Items returned with visible wear, stains, or missing tags will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@velvetyou.com with your order number.

2. Our support team will provide the return instructions and the designated return address within 24 hours.

3. Ship the item back to us.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Received a Defective Item? We take quality seriously. If your bra has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will send a free replacement immediately.
